Sign up for the 2025 programme.

THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED IN BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN OVER THE AGE OF 18 AND MUST NOT BE COMPLETED BY THE YOUNG LEADER THEMSELVES.

We use a platform powered by PLAI to register for the programme and to keep in contact for the duration of the programme.

We strongly recommend that you attend an Enthuse Session, before signing up for the programme. You can register using the form here.

    After you complete and submit the form you’ll receive a confirmation email.

    An account will also be created for you on our partner’s platform, PLAI Sport. This will make it easy for you to book onto modules, for example, and for us to communicate over the course of the programme.

    You’ll receive an email from PLAI in the next day or two with an invitation and instructions to install the PLAI app and activate your account. (You’ll be asked to download the PLAI Sport app and then login with the credentials in the invitation email.)
