Register for the 2025 programme.
THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED IN BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN OVER THE AGE OF 18 AND MUST NOT BE COMPLETED BY THE YOUNG LEADER THEMSELVES.
We use a platform powered by PLAI to register for the programme and to keep in contact for the duration of the programme.
We strongly recommend that you attend an Enthuse Session, before signing up for the programme.

If you’ve already attended one, please complete the form below to register for the 2025 programme. (All fields are required, except ‘Discount Code’.)
After you complete and submit the form you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
An account will also be automatically created for you on our partner platform, PLAI Sport. This will make it easy for you to book onto modules, for example, and for us to communicate over the course of the programme.
In a day or to, you’ll receive an email from PLAI with an invitation and instructions to install the PLAI app and activate your account. (You’ll be asked to download the PLAI Sport app and then log in with the credentials in the invitation email.)
Once logged in for the first time, you will receive an automatically generated link which will take you directly to the shop on PLAI to make your payment for the programme and complete your registration.
